Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to Canada and the United States.
For international destinations outside Canada and the United States, orders over CAD $100 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping fee of CAD $8 applies to international orders under CAD $100.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier. Orders may be shipped earlier than the stated processing window.

Shipping Origin

Depending on your location and our inventory availability, your order may be shipped from our warehouses in Canada, the United States, or China.

Regardless of the shipping origin:

  • The products are identical

  • All items are genuine Revomax products

  • Product quality, materials, and specifications remain the same

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the shipping date, regardless of the warehouse from which the order is shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors such as customs processing, carrier operations, or local delivery conditions.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable duties, customs fees, and import charges are fully covered by us.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier and shipping route, and some international shipments may show limited updates during transit.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
