Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-quality related returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)

Note: All returns must be approved before shipping. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Address
All approved returns are shipped to a Canadian return address.
Return instructions and the prepaid return label (if applicable) will be provided once your return request is approved.
Customers should not send returns to the original shipping address unless explicitly instructed.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items

Important Notes

Processing time (1–2 business days) and delivery time (7–10 business days) are separate and do not constitute a cancellation window

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

We do not accept exchanges, and you should return the item and make a new order if you want to exchange.
